to our list of registered sellers.

You should expect to receive a confirmation email within 2 - 3 days.

What's next?

* Click HERE to join our Facebook group for SELLERS only.

​

* Start sorting through all your stuff and if it does not bring you joy, put it in a pile to sell.

​

* Price everything and/or make piles for $1, $2, $5 or FREE tables.

​

* Make a commitment to talk to at least three neighbors - the ones to your right, the ones to your left and the ones opposite.  Let them know that you are registered.

​

* Make YARD SALE signs with arrows and get ready to put them up a day or two before. (Note: the Village will remove signs that are on Village property - this includes the strip of land between the sidewalk and the road.)

​

* Closer to the date, print off the QR code flyer as big as you can. Try to take up a whole page.  Display it and get people to scan it on the day of the event to show them where other sales are.  This has been a huge draw.

​

* If you've done all of this, then guess what?  You have what it takes to be a Neighborhood Organizer.  In fact, you already are!  Contact us to make it formal.
